Bell Let's Talk Day: Mental Illness and ASD

Bell will donate $0.05 for every time you watch the video above on January 29, 2020.

Today is #BellLetsTalk day and for everyone in our lives, family, friends, community, this is relevant.

The reality is mental illness can affect us all in some way. People with autism spectrum disorder or #intellectual disabilities are at an increased risk to experience mental health challenges across their lifespan. So take a second and watch. It can't hurt.

At Lake Ridge Community Support Services we support many people with mental health issues in conjunction with their diagnosis of ASD or ID. We provide Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, individualized treatment and facilitate educational workshops on topics like anxiety, mental health and ASD for our parents and caregivers.
