Mask Mandate is being lifted at LRCSS
Effective Tuesday, April 11th, 2023 our agency will be moving to a ‘mask-friendly’ environment which means staff and visitors will have a personal choice regarding whether they would like to wear a mask. Masks will continue to be available at our entrances for everyone.
LRCSS response to province lifting of COVID-19 mandates
Effective March 14th the Ontario government ended mandated vaccination policies for education, health and long-term care. At this time, @lrcssaba will be keeping our current protocols in place. The health and safety of our clients, caregivers and staff remain our top priority.
LRCSS returning to in-person service in response to recent re-opening of Durham Schools
Today our government announced that Durham Region school boards will be returning to in-person learning on Monday, February 8, 2021. In response to this announcement, Lake Ridge will also be working on returning to in-person service, based on appropriateness, effective Monday, February 8, 2021.

In order to be responsible and responsive to today’s announcement, Lake Ridge Community Support Services will be moving back to virtual services only, effective Thursday, January 14, 2021. Following public health and safety guidelines is a priority for our Agency as is the health and safety of our clients, families and staff.
